Changes are made within 2 weeks of receiving your products.
The products must be sent in the package you received without removing the labels and tabs and accompanied by proof of purchase. Contact us to inform us about the reason for changing the products as well as the products you want to be sent to you.
We do not offer money back
The change costs are paid by the customer.
You can make product changes if you visit one of our physical stores within 2 weeks, at no extra charge.
